Went to get my car washed today, they took my card and then came back and told me their “processor” was down and I would have to pay cash. Told them I did not have cash. They proceeded to tell me it’s my fault and that’s why I can’t get a car wash. ONLY TO THEN FIND OUT THEY DID CHARGE MY CARD. Went back and requested a refund. Was then told I should “contact the police if there is a problem”. Can’t even get a car washed in 2026 with out being scammed.(side note, I have gone here about 5x a month for the past 3 Years) Terrible people. Terrible service. Go to Washington Ave Car wash .5mi away if you don’t want to be scammed

BEWARE: Overcharges and when called out on it, STEALS TIPS from the workers who dry your car. The guy working Saturday morning (manager or owner, not sure) 1/17/26 overcharged me, saying my compact car is an oversized SUV. I have been to this place before and my car was not determined to be “oversized” or an SUV. Additionally, he didn’t say he was charging me more than the posted price - he just shortchanged me, which led to me asking why. The guy wouldn’t explain why my car is suddenly an oversized SUV and told me to “google it”. I told him I would not be doing that, and that I just won’t be returning after this carwash. I went through the carwash and gave the men who dried my car at the end cash for tip. At the same time, the manager/owner appeared with his phone, showing me a Google AI summary of a car, which wasn’t even my car, as proof that my car was oversized. Then he said “sometimes I charge more because of the size” - again, I drive a compact car. I just wanted to get out of there at that point, but he offered to give me the extra amount he charged back, so I said okay. A good basic drive-thru car wash. Not 100% perfect, but with free self-serve vacuum, low prices, and getting in and out in 5 minutes, it’s a good option! You can pay with credit card, but cannot add tip on the card, so bring cash for tip.

Had a bad experience at this shop, I choose the 14 dollar service which include all the premium features, including wax and polish the wheel. When I am out of the tunnel, two man came and dried my car and told me that it. When I asked them how about other service, they just shook their head and told me to go. Check the pictures I took right after the car wash. Will not come back again!
